This role is in person in San Francisco with the option to work temporarily remote.

About you

As our full stack founding engineer with product focus, you’ll be the key player in our team. Think of yourself as the “Most Valuable Player” in a high performance sports team.

While you will contribute across the stack, you will have significant ownership over the product and frontend. We are disrupting an extremely old industry and you’ll be able to rethink and shape the way users interact with an AI system to make faster, informed decision. You’ll also define how we bring the knowledge of employees into Dryft and turn this (unstructured) data into action recommendations. You collaborate closely on this topic with our CTO and CEO.

Responsibilities

🎨 Design and Develop: Rapidly ship end-to-end features. Your highest priority is to bring intuitive user interfaces to life using Next.js, React and Shadcn components.
🛠 Tech Stack Management: Ensure seamless integration between the Next.js frontend and backend services. Optimize API consumption and data handling for peak performance.
🛠 Infrastructure: Implement robust frontend testing strategies. Streamline deployment pipeline for quick, reliable releases.

Qualifications

Frontend Excellence: Strong programming skills that show track record in TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Tailwind. Ability to craft stunning, responsive UIs.
Full Stack Mastery: Proficient in Node.js, RESTful APIs, and backend technologies. Skilled in CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and data security best practices.
Product-Driven: Talent for creating elegant, efficient solutions to user problems is a big plus.
